Board elections

IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR AN OFFICE, CONTACT (ANDY HOBART EMAIL) A.S.A.P. so that they can get you on the ballot!! Job descriptions are available under By-Laws on the "About Us" page.

All PACRAT board positions are elected for a one-year term, so all positions will be voted upon. We do have some board members who wish to run for another term, but there are also some positions which are currently open. The interested incumbent candidates, as well as open positions, are noted below:

President - Andy Hobart (Incumbent)
Vice President - Geoff Mihalko (Incumbent)
Secretary – Dan Lane
Treasurer – Virginia Collison
Race Director - Bruce Parshall (Incumbent)
Sponsorship Director - Open
Party Director - Sylvia Kearns (incumbent)
Membership Director - Amanda Moran (incumbent)
Results Director - Dale Parshall (Incumbent)

(Note: The board will also include Past Chair - Greg Dilger - and two appointed directors-at-large)

Per by-law change in 2011, and based upon this year's number of teams, clubs will be allowed the following number of votes.

Mountain High – 5 votes
Schnee Vogeli – 2 votes
Skiyente – 2 votes
Bergfreunde – 1 vote
Cascade – 3 vote

Please make sure you have representatives for each of your teams noted above at the meeting to vote!
