2009 Rat Attack photos Date: Friday, April 17, 2009. Location: The Refectory Restaurant, 1618 NE 122nd Ave., Portland, This was our 25th anniversary of PACRAT racing, which got started in 1984. The theme of the evening was "Class of 1984", and many people dressed as if it was the 80, in bright neon colors, one-piece ski suits, big hair, etc. One of the original founders of PACRAT racing, Jeannie Hummel was there, and it was also determined that Chuck Westergren and Diane Hicks were the longest running racers still racing with us.
